Refund & Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds for items purchased in-store or online may be processed if they meet the criteria above. 

For custom orders

Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds may or may not be offered. Please contact our store if you have a custom order and need a refund or return. 


We will allow for non-custom order item exchanges if they are within the 30 day return window.
